There will be a match on at the venue prior to our fixture, so players, coaches and spectators should, please, wait outside the pitch until it has cleared. If the pitch does need to be watered, I’ll let your group know and can everyone please ensure they stay off the pitch and off the surrounding athletics track until it has finished.

VENUE: Paddington Recreation Ground, Maida Vale, London W9 1PD

TRANSPORT: Maida Vale is the nearest tube station (5 minutes walk to the pitch).

PARENTS / SPECTATORS are allowed inside the fence along the entrance side of the pitch to watch the match. PLEASE NOTE that no dogs or bicycles are allowed within the athletics track area or on the pitch.

PARKING: There is free parking on residential roads surrounding the park on weekends. Morshead Road and Grantully Road both have gates to access the park. There is a small car park in Paddington Recreation Ground but it is very busy on weekends and they charge for use.

REFRESHMENTS: There is a cafe in the park, a few minutes walk from the pitch, where hot drinks and snacks can be purchased.

Post match teas (sausage and chips) will be served in a covered garden area at The Carlton Tavern, which is right next to the main entrance to Paddington Recreation Ground just a few minutes walk from the pitch.
